Young Women Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Professionals [YoWLEP] Network Africa, a feminine desk of nongovernmental organisation, the Hennehs Life Coaching Organization, is set to organise young women entrepreneurship seminar come September 21, 2018.
The programme which is on the theme: ‘Finding your passion, branding your passion,’ will commence at 9:00am at the Training and Development Conference Room at the University of Cape Coast [UCC] Administration, in the Central Region.
Accordingly, the exhibition and skill training component of the seminar will take place at the UCC Adehye Hall Forecourt.
Participants will be trained on Chinese health & crafts; wedding invitation cards, flower broach and hair clips; beading on slippers, key holders, earrings, bungles, belts, and car steer wheel; millinery and fascinators.
Other training skills include natural [millet drink, soobolo, lemon G, tamarind, emeijo]; detergents; pastries; ice cream & fresh yogurt; make-up artistry; and tom brown, cerevita and other healthy cereals for babies.
The guests of honour for the programme are the Dean of Students at the UCC, Professor Eugene Dartey, and the Director, Centre for Gender Research, Advocacy and Documentation, Dr. Genevieve Adukpo.
The Dean, School of Business at UCC will be the guest speaker for the programme.
Other speakers to grace the programme are Dr. Edward Amartey-Fio, Lecturer at the School of Business, UCC, Dr. Andy Birikorang, Lecturer, Communication Studies Department at University of Education Wenniba [UEW], and Dr. Wincharles Coker, Lecturer, Communication Studies Department, UCC.
