Evangelist Addai is Satan – Sheik Mumin

The Ashanti Regional Chief Imam, Sheik Abdul Mumin Haroun, has referred to US based self-styled Evangelist Emmanuel Addai as “Satan.”

According to the Chief Imam, the Evangelist is probably a member of Church of Satan in America that is why he talks ‘by heart.’

Speaking on Okay FM’s morning show Ade Akye Abia on Friday, July 13, he said, Evangelist Addai once criticised the National Chief Imam’s ring, and referred to it as ‘occult magic ring’ without any proof.

“We [Muslims] only use things that are clean, we don’t use unclean things. So how could you be living in America and talk about things you don’t know,” he asked.

“…maybe he’s a member of Church of Satan. If you go to New York, they’re standing by the road side preaching; I think he’s one of them. He’s just confused and speaking evil about everyone. So, that guy is Satan. You should just leave him alone. He’ll be saying things and be in trouble one day,” Sheik Mumin stated.

Sheik Mumin’s remarks come couple of days after Evangelist Addai in a video making rounds on social media stated that the Blood Donation exercise organised by Despite Group of Companies and the National Blood Service (NBS) barely a fortnight ago was for rituals for its owner Osei Kwame Despite to make more money.

Evangelist Addai has described several individuals in the country, including politicians, pastors and musicians as occultists.

The NBS has since issued a statement expressing regret about the claims made by the Evangelist.

Some employees of Despite Group of Companies have also responded to the statement made by the Evangelist, stating that it should be treated with all the contempt it deserves.
